Field-service CRM — heynota.app
Nota CRM
Nota is the product I ship for field teams: live job map, mobile technician hub and billing — marketed at heynota.app, app at app.heynota.app.
Nota CRM is the commercial product behind my field-service work. The marketing site (heynota.app) explains the offer; the application (app.heynota.app) is where teams run jobs day to day. I own product, engineering and UX end to end.
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Firebase
- Mapbox
- Stripe
- PWA
01 / Problem
The product problem
Companies that send technicians to customers still run on Excel, WhatsApp and scattered invoices — with no shared map, status or mobile workflow.
02 / Approach
How I built it
I designed Nota around three pillars: a live intervention map for the office, a mobile hub for technicians in the field, and billing tied to closed jobs — one stack, one source of truth.
Full-stack CRM for on-site interventions: dispatch on a map, client files, technician PWA with offline sync, invoicing and role-aware admin. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Firebase, Mapbox and Stripe.
03 / Outcome
What you can verify
A public product site at heynota.app linking to the live app, with concrete sections for map, mobile and invoicing — and a portfolio case study that connects my name to the shipped product.
- Live job map for dispatch and follow-up
- Technician mobile hub (PWA, offline-aware)
- Billing linked to completed interventions
- Marketing + app surfaces (heynota.app / app.heynota.app)
- Built end-to-end: product, code, UX
